Hi, I am Deb Lehmann, and I joined The Upper Cut Salon right out of cosmetology school in 1997. I am happy to say that I am still here after 20+years because of the diverse group of girls we have. The work environment we create lets us have fun, all while providing the best service to our clientel. The way we mentor and learn from each other helps us to sharpen our minds and keep our skills up to date. They truly are my work family.

 

I had many jobs before finding my passion as a stylist. Not only do I get to be creative, learn new techniques, and challenge myself; I get to make people look and feel great. I have became a better stylist, watched families grow, and have acquired lasting friendships. My career is one that is fulfilling and rewarding! 

 

Family is also a very important part of my life. Between my husband, three sons and a dog, I stay plenty busy at home. We love to do anything outdoors and stay active.  Spending time traveling, visiting new places, and having fun with friends is always a nice way to keep my work/family life balanced.
